Sara Murillo

Lawyer and Notary Public - Co-founder

Sara completed the Juris Doctor program at the University of Costa Rica, with an emphasis in Human Rights. Subsequently, she specialized in Notarial Law at the Universidad Escuela Libre Derecho. Over the years, she has specialized in Corporate Law and entrepreneurship, helping clients with different needs and in different parts of Costa Rica. She has been a speaker at national and international talks on Human Rights issues. In 2021, she participated as a Judge in the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and in 2019 and 2020 she was a judge in the Dr. Luis Paulino Mora Intercollegiate Competition. She has a great passion for justice and teaching, and seeks to make a positive impact on other people.

Dominique André Vargas Vargas

Advisor - Co-founder

Dominique André is a Bachelor of Laws by the University of Costa Rica, and a graduate student of the Juris Doctor Program, with a mention in Finance and Banking Law. His JD graduate thesis, a Constitutional analysis of the reform of the Bankruptcy Law of Costa Rica, was approved with distinction, and is currently in edition for publication. He has more than ten years of work experience in Bankruptcy and Estate Law, as well as in Civil and Commercial Litigation, both judicial and arbitral, and in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He is impassioned by arbitration, which has led him to participate in several editions of the Competencia Internacional de Arbitraje, an academic event organized by the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and the University of Rosario (Colombia). In 2017, he was named the fourth best orator of that year's edition. In 2018 and 2019, he went on to co-coach the University of Costa Rica's team. Between 2018 and 2021, he served as an arbitrator of the Competition, in both written and oral rounds.
