Notary Services

With our Co-founder Sara, you may obtain basic notary services, such as signature authentications and certifications. Likewise, the procedure may be carried out in the Civil Courts, or privately with a Notary. However, the procedure can also be conducted in a coordinated manner with an Estate procedure abroad.

The Costa Rican Civil Procedure Code establishes Collection procedures that aspire to be expeditious. Even though experience has shown that that is not necessarily the case, the truth of this particular matter is that they have to be tended to very swiftly, given that the procedural deadlines defined in the Code are very short.
